Shipping policy

Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after we receive your order confirmation email (custom orders may take 7 business days or longer). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number.

Delivery Area and Shipping Fees

We offer worldwide shipping, and the specific shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

United States: Free shipping on orders of $39 or more. If your order does not meet the free shipping threshold, we will charge a $6 shipping fee.

Other regions: Shipping costs are calculated based on actual weight and destination and will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time is typically 7–15 business days.

Shipping Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your package on the carrier’s official website. Please note that for some postal services, tracking information may not be updated until the package arrives in the destination country. Please be patient.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
When your order arrives in the destination country, import duties, value-added tax (VAT), or customs clearance fees may apply. If your order page displays a price that includes taxes, you will not be required to pay any additional taxes or fees.

Handling Exceptional Circumstances
• Package Delays: If you have not received your package by the estimated delivery date, please first check the tracking number. If the package has not been delivered within 15 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us, and we will assist you in filing an inquiry with the shipping carrier.
• Lost or Damaged Packages: Please inspect the outer packaging for damage upon delivery. If you find that the contents are damaged, please retain evidence and contact us within 48 hours of signing for the package.

Returns and Exchanges Shipping
If you need to return an item, please contact us via email (oriminopet_nail@outlook.com) first to obtain authorization. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (except in cases of product defects), and we recommend using a trackable shipping method. The specific return address will be provided once your request is approved.
